How to Cancel an Order
Q: I would like to cancel my order. How can I do this? A: Orders can be cancel 30 minutes after placing your order, inform our staff via chat or email. Once your order is in the delivery stream, it can not be canceled.
I have placed order since 24/3/2009, has been 2 weeks, but not yet receive. order no skinbeauty-65533. Tried e-mail to skinbeauty@yahoo.com about this matter but no reply
